Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have thirty (30) days after receiving your item to request a return. The return period begins on the date the item is delivered to you, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. Items must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must also provide the receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase to complete your return request. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at alorayalinfo@gmail.com. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please note that approved returns must be sent to the following return address:

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Prompt notification allows us to evaluate the issue efficiently and take appropriate steps to resolve it.

When reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Failure to report damages or issues within a reasonable time frame may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to, perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom-made or personalized products; and personal care items such as beauty, skincare, or hygiene products.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or any items restricted by shipping or safety regulations.

Please contact us before making a purchase if you have any questions or concerns about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return has been approved and processed, you may place a new, separate order for the replacement item.

This process allows us to ensure inventory accuracy and faster order fulfillment.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the return policy outlined above, if your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify for a return under the EU cooling-off period, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

This right applies only to customers residing in the European Union and does not affect other statutory consumer rights that may apply under local laws.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund. We will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied based on the condition of the returned item and compliance with this policy.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
